英語診察のご案内
英語による診察を行っております。  

当院の井出医師と平野医師は英語で診察を行うことが可能です。

診療科目: 心療内科、精神科、内科

担当医スケジュール:
井出医師: 水曜日・土曜日
平野医師: 金曜日、および第1・3・5土曜日

完全予約制: 診察はすべて予約制です。事前にご予約をお願いいたします。
予約時のお願い: 予約の際に必ず「英語対応希望」とお伝えください。
当日お持ちいただくもの: 保険証、お薬手帳（お持ちの方）、紹介状（お持ちの方）
英文での診断書作成も承っております。ご希望の方はお申し付けください。

English Consultation Services

We offer medical services in English for patients who prefer to communicate in English.

Our doctors, Dr. Ide and Dr. Hirano, are fluent in English and can conduct consultations directly without the need for a translator.

Important Information

• By Appointment Only: All consultations are by appointment only. To ensure we have enough time for your visit, please make a reservation in advance.

• How to Book: When booking your appointment, please clearly state that you would like “English support.”

• What to Bring: Please bring the following on the day of your visit:

  1. Japanese Health Insurance Card (Health insurance without a card will be at your own expense).

  2. Medication Notebook (Okusuri-techo), if you are currently taking any medication.

  3. Referral letter from another clinic (if available).

• We can also issue medical certificates in English upon request.
